Mr James Tan spearheaded the Group’s entry into property development following an initial stint as a site engineer on highway construction projects. Over the years, he has overseen the full spectrum of property development, encompassing sales and operations, land acquisition and feasibility studies, product design, construction project management and the delivery of completed developments to customers.
Today, he leads a capable senior management team, supported by a network of reputable external designers and consultants, to deliver relevant, functional and thoughtfully designed properties that cater to diverse market needs.
Mr James Tan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University Of Warwick, England. Driven by a vision to create homes that support people through every stage of life, he is committed to advancing property development that embraces inclusive living and a continuum of care into the senior years.
