Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd (Suntrack) is a FIABCI-winning developer with over 18 years of experience and a proud track record in property development.
In the 1980s, the company, then known as Sunshine Tractors, traded tractors and excavators. It rebranded itself as Suntrack when the company ventured into construction and property development in 2002. The name and logo holds a deep-rooted connection to our philosophy. Like the Sun, we strive to be reliable and rise each day with energy and passion. Track represents our journey, a path paved with the belief and trust of our customers.
Our sterling track record since 2002 has seen us deliver award-winning properties to 1,291 families and companies. Suntrack won the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Award for Residential High-Rise Category for Kanvas SOHO @ Cyberjaya in 2019. Suntrack is also a multiple winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards for Summerglades @ Cyberjaya, Suntrack Hub @ Bangi and more recently, for The Riyang @ Happy Garden. In addition, we have won awards at the prestigious Malaysian Landscape Architecture Awards for Summerglades @ Cyberjaya. Our nomination as one of the nation’s 10 Best Emerging Developers in 2015 is a testament to the growing industry appreciation of our design-centric developments. Suntrack has also won the Silver Award for MIHRM Best Employer Awards along with the Platinum Award for SOBA 2019 Best Employer.
In the last 18 years, Suntrack has reimagined spaces for customers in the most practical and functional ways. Careful thought is put into each nook and corner of a development – from wider stairways and car park spaces to economically-sustainable facilities and green acres. Moving forward, we aspire to make every space we develop multi-generational and multi-ability friendly, as we embark on homes and care for the elderly and aged.
Tuai Residence @ Setia Alam is the first in the pipeline of developments, that allows ageing in place, with units that are universally designed for differing abilities. Suntrack is also a certified company (ISO 9001:20), with processes that meet industry standards and best practices.
