Below are the main eligibility criteria by Lembaga Perumahan Dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS):

NATIONALITY

The applicant and spouse must be a Malaysian citizen.

AGE LIMIT

Must be 18 years old and above on the date of registration.

HOME OWNERSHIP

Must not own any type of residence in Selangor.

INCOME LIMIT

The monthly household income (applicant and spouse) must not exceed RM14,500.
